Orders & Fulfillment

All merchandise sold through the Hypershift Academy store is produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. Orders are processed after purchase and shipped directly to customers.

Production times, shipping times, and availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

No Refunds or Returns

All merchandise sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges

• This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and details before completing a purchase

Because products are made to order, refunds or returns cannot be accommodated.

No Guarantees

Hypershift Academy makes no guarantees regarding:

• Personal satisfaction with merchandise

• Specific fit, feel, or appearance beyond product descriptions

• Durability or longevity beyond normal use expectations

Merchandise is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at administration@hypershiftacademy.com with:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Approved claims may be resolved at the discretion of the fulfillment partner through replacement only. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All Hypershift Academy branding, logos, designs, and merchandise content are the intellectual property of Hypershift Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Hypershift Academy is not liable for:

• Delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers

• Lost or misdelivered packages

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to merchandise purchases

Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the merchandise store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
